Shipping & Returns
e-medic.de is a pure B2B business to business online shop only. We sell and deliver exclusively to commercial customers, after prior notification and review. There will be no selling and no delivery to retail customers or end users.
We deliver the items from stock by DHL. Upon request, is also possible to deliver as pick-up order by DHL on your customer number. International shipping is by FedEx Express. For goods that are not in stock is, we will inform you about the expected delivery date before we send you our order confirmation. In case of doubt or for custom-made devices please contact us by phone or e-mail before you place your order.
Information on DHL shipping
Delivery will take place regardless of the quantity and value as an insured package exclusively on weekdays from Monday to Friday. Delivery day for the items on stock is the same day, if your order arrives before 3pm. Should there be any problems with the delivery, please contact us or our logistics partner www.dhl.com.
International shipping with FedEx
We deliver express with FedEx on weekdays from Monday to Friday. With each order, a shipping and handling charge of € 35 is payable. Delivery date for the items on stock is the next day after your purchase order. If there be any problems with the delivery, please contact us or our logistics partner www.fedex.com. Transit times and delivery commitments may vary depending on origin and destination.
Despite all the care, there may can be a damage while shipping. Please inform us, if you have a transportation damage to your goods delivered by us. Of course we will refund the damaged articles free. All deliveries are insured. Please inform us by e-mail, fax or telephone. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
